Sephiroth in Motion: First Gif!

I've decided to experiment and create my own gif and of course I chose Sephiroth!   

First off, I cut and edited the video in Sony Vegas, then saved it as JPEG frame by frame.  Then I used PhotoScape to string the images back to together and here it is!  I'm still learning about this as this is my first Gif, but I'm getting the hang of it!
